I am the first generation of my family to be born outside of poverty. My parents had to ensure they broke free of the shackles of poverty to give my siblings and I a decent life. It is because of this that I need to use my position of privilege to ensure that more people have the opportunities I had.

THE EM LOVE FOUNDATION
The Em Love Foundation is the brainchild of Mavis. She founded the foundation as a platform to implement the change she wants to see over 6 years go.

The Em Love Foundation is a community of kind-hearted people who have come together in order to make a difference in our community. The purpose of EM Love is to reach out and lend a helping hand to make a difference in Namibia. This is by carrying out initiatives that touch the lives of the poor and by assisting charity organizations both known and unknown by the community to help create awareness. The EM Love Foundation, formally known as the Elias Mavis Love Foundation, is a charity foundation registered in the year 2016 as a section 21 company.
